Credit card debt elimination is a very popular area of interest today. That being said I have been looking for different techniques that might help others get out of high monthly interest payments and creditor calls. The largest part of credit card debt elimination comes down to a person’s mindset. Making a lifestyle change should go without saying because how life used to be lived was the reason for debt. Here are some different credit card debt elimination techniques:
- Spend less then you make.
- Once out of debt put away 50 percent of your paychecks in savings.
- Have no more than two credit cards. This will stop temptation and help to keep the credit score strong.
- Try to only have one loan out at a time.
- Go to the grocery store instead of eating out.
- Christian debt counseling can offer great advice and a medium to release stress.
- Don’t use a credit card to cover payments on an upcoming paycheck. Spend what you have in the bank account. No more.
- Stick to free entertainment like hanging out at friend’s places.
- Do not borrow money from friends.
